Reviews and Ratings
I had a great time at the hotel for a girls' weekend with my sisters and nieces. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotless, and had two very comfortable queen size beds along with a separate living area, offering a great view to the east of the city and mountains. However, despite multiple requests, the issue never got resolved.
The hotel was a delightful surprise with stunning rooms that were quiet, clean, and beautifully appointed. The service was exceptional and went out of its way to welcome us with a friendly and charming attitude. Its perfect location in downtown was convenient for exploring the city. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with tasteless options available.
Staying at this hotel was truly delightful. The rooms facing the courtyard with harp playing were very nice, especially if you appreciate period decor. They were well-appointed, extremely clean, and offered a great view to the east of the city and mountains. The service was amazing on all levels, with everyone being helpful, kind, and charming. However, there were some instances where the staff were not very nice to my kids when they went to the pool. The location was great and close to the tram, perfect for exploring the area, but it missed out on a higher rating due to an issue with a staff member in the boutique. The dining experience was fantastic, especially during the brunch buffet, which was over the top with live music and a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, though spacious and luxuriously equipped, left much to be desired in terms of air conditioning, hindering a restful night's sleep. On the bright side, the balcony was a delightful addition to the bedroom. Service excelled in warmth and attentiveness but fell short in certain areas. The location had its charms, including a beautiful marble bathroom, but had drawbacks like limited bed availability and subpar service. The dining experience stood out for its buffet extravagance but could improve in some aspects.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were absolutely fabulous; very spacious with a seating area and walk-in closet. The view of the mountains from the suite was just breathtaking. The service was top-notch, every staff member was gracious and welcoming. The location, though a bit tricky to find beds sometimes, was still fantastic, especially being in the salt lake area. The dining experience was over the top with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a memorable stay with a few minor hiccups.
